The Three Gifts of Christmas- Elite Theatre, Oxnard

THE THREE GIFTS OF CHRISTMAS PREMIERE AT ELITE THEATRE

The Elite Theatre Company in Oxnard announces the world premiere of The Three Gifts of Christmas written by Ojai playwright Jeffrey Scharf and directed by Gai Jones. 

The intergenerational production is a collection of three one act plays based on The Gift of the Magi, The Wind in the Willows and The Legend of the Poinsettia. 


Show times are Friday and Saturday evenings at 7:30 p.m. and Sundays at 3:00 p.m. from November 30 through December 23, 2012.

Tickets are $12 for adults, $8 for seniors/students and $5 for children under 12. To reserve tickets call the Elite Theatre at 805-483-5118.

The intergenerational cast of The Three Gifts of Christmas comes from all over Ventura County, ranges in age from seven to seventy and includes fathers and their daughters or siblings acting together.

Participants from Oxnard include Serena Barron, Torie Bell and her dad Allen, Rachel Brand, Christine Canonizado, Jessica Fox and her sister Soraya, Anissa Herrera, Gabriel Lackey, Imani Lannis, Clara Nese and Todd Tickner. Camarillo is represented by Gianna Gentilli, Ariana Solorio and her sister Jenna, and Roseanna Strickland. In addition to the playwright and director, from Ojai are Hannah Eubanks and Maryann Shilo, From Ventura are Ed Buckle, Claudia Davoli, Steven Hill, Amanda Malotte, David White and Julia Wilson and lastly, Gordon Bohn from Port Hueneme.

The Elite Theatre Company performs at the Petit Playhouse located in the historical Petit House in Heritage Square. Since 1993, the all-volunteer Elite Theatre Company has brought affordable live theatre to downtown Oxnard.
